MOHKAM is a cloud practice-management platform for law firms and legal consultancies in the United Arab Emirates, developed by BANAR Software Solutions in Dubai. It is designed around UAE courts, procedures and deadlines as they are, not translated from software built for another market.
Why MOHKAM
- Generic software does not know the UAE's multiple judicial authorities, or stages such as police reports, expert proceedings and enforcement.
- Appeal deadlines and hearings are often tracked in scattered notebooks and spreadsheets, and one missed date can cost a case.
- Billing with 5% VAT and tracking post-dated cheques need a precision that manual spreadsheets do not give.
Who is behind MOHKAM
MOHKAM is developed by BANAR Software Solutions, a Dubai-based enterprise software company.
BANAR was founded by Bassem Alnader, Founder & Lead Developer, who studied programming, worked as a developer in the UAE, and has also worked in the legal field. MOHKAM grew out of that combined experience: a system that understands a law firm from the inside.

- Role-based access: financial modules show only to the managing partner and the accountant, and every record keeps an audit trail.
- The drafting assistant runs on the paid Google Gemini API, and your firm's data is not used to train models.
